Resort cancellation policy: A $150 non refundable deposit will be required before booking your room. At that time the room rate will be locked in and will not change. You will have the option on our website (brewerbeachsoiree.destify.com) to choose a payment plan or to pay the price in full at a time of your choosing. We highly recommend purchasing the traveler's insurance. All payments are due 65 days before the wedding (Thursday October 16, 2025) If you cancel before 65 days before the wedding date (before Oct 16) without the travelers insurance, you will be refunded all money that you payed toward your stay MINUS the non-refundable $150. If you cancel before 65 days before the wedding date with insurance you will receive back all the money you payed toward your stay and your $150 deposit. If you cancel after 65 days before the wedding (after Oct 16th) without insurance you are not eligible for any refund (deposit and any money you have put down). If you cancel after 65 days before the wedding with insurance you will be eligible for a refund of your deposit and any money you have payed toward your stay. Therefore, once again we HIGHLY encourage everyone to purchase the travel insurance. These cancellation policies are not our own they are the policies of the resort.

Flights for the wedding can be booked on our website or through you preferred airline's direct website. You also have the option to book your flights through a third party flight booking service (ex. expedia are). Guests are required to stay at the Haven Riviera for a minimum of 3 nights. When booking your stay you are able to stay as long as you would like and you may travel there earlier than Dec. 18th and stay later than Dec 21st should you like. Lastly, we ask that you are proactive and diligent with your bookings as room and flight prices will increase closer to the wedding date. Thank you for your support and simply being you.
